Can I use the device to care for my skin using the skincare I normally use?
We have not confirmed the adaptability of the beauty device in combination with other skincare products, so we cannot guarantee the safety and skin effect when used with other skincare products.
If I am already using other beauty devices for face, is it safe to use the devices of EFFECTIM together?
To prevent over-treatment of the skin, please avoid continuous use of multiple devices on the same day.
The frequency of using the beauty device of EFFECTIM is designated based on its use with EFFECTIM skincare. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the safety of using it with other beauty devices.
What is the warranty period for the beauty device?
One year from the date of purchase.
For details on the free repair policy, please refer to the warranty card on the back of the User's Manual. 
Can I use the product without personal skin diagnosis?
The product is designed to satisfy the basic mode without personal skin diagnosis at the store.
After starting the use, you can visit the store for personal skin diagnosis and install the most suitable waveform program instead.
Are there areas that the device cannot be used?
Areas where the device cannot be used are eyelids, around the eyes*, lips, and the center of the neck.
*It can be used up to the boned part around the eyes.
Can I use it in the bathroom?
Do not use the beauty device in the bathroom, as it is not waterproof and may cause malfunction.
The device does not turn on.
Hold down the Power/Level button for approximately three seconds to turn on the device.
If the device still does not turn on, charge the battery.
Please contact us if the device still does not turn on after charging.
How do I care for my beauty device?
  • After use, wipe off any remaining cosmetics or dirt with a soft cloth or tissue.
  • After each use, turn off the device and wipe off any dirt from the treatment head with a damp and well-wrung cloth.
  • Refrain from using an alkali cleaning agent, alcohol, thinner, benzene, nail polish remover, or any other solvents.
  • Do not leave the device with dedicated serum on it.
  • This device is not waterproof. Do not wash it with water.
  • Wipe off any dirt from areas other than the treatment head with a dry cloth.

How can I cancel my appointment for personal skin diagnosis?
You can cancel your appointment on the skin diagnosis reservation website.
Until when can I cancel my appointment for personal skin diagnosis?
  • You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointment date.
  • After that, you will not be able to cancel on the website, so please contact the salon directly for the cancellation.
  • Then, 15 minutes after the appointment time, your appointment will be automatically canceled. Please understand.
What happens if I cancel my skin diagnosis appointment without notice?
If you cancel your appointment without notice (up to 1 hour before the appointment time) twice, we will not be able to accept your appointment for the next three months.

Contents of the personal skin diagnosis

How long does it take for the skin diagnosis?
The skin diagnosis itself takes only 2 to 3 minutes. However, add in the makeup removal before the skin diagnosis, an explanation of the results of the skin diagnosis, and the experience of EFECTIM products (beauty device and skincare). It will take about an hour.
